1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the TeleHealth platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Who Can Use TeleHealth
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian if you are a minor. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself.
3. Medical Disclaimer
TeleHealth facilitates connections between patients and independently licensed medical practitioners, nurses, pharmacies and diagnostic facilities. We do not directly provide medical advice or treatment ourselves, and our platform is not a substitute for in-person emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
4. Appointments, Orders & Bookings
Video consultations, pharmacy orders, lab bookings, apartment bookings and nurse requests made through TeleHealth are all subject to confirmation and availability from the relevant practitioner or facility. Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be accepted.
5. Payments & Refunds
Applicable fees are shown to you before you confirm any order, booking or appointment. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service involved and the timing of your cancellation request.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain only one account per person, and refrain from any misuse of the platform, including attempts to interfere with its normal operation or to access information that does not belong to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
TeleHealth is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeleHealth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the services of independent practitioners and facilities connected through it.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of TeleHealth after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
